About SerendiPT
Sarah Jordan knows the experience of physical therapy as both the patient and the therapist. At twelve years old, she was in a serious horseback riding accident. Physical therapy returned her to full functionality and sparked a belief and passion for what would become her career. From this experience she has derived her mantra and company namesake: SerendiPT. With over ten years of experience, she is committed to a holistic, functional approach focusing on her clients’ needs and goals.

She has received functional manual training from the prestigious Institute of Physical Art, and pelvic health training from the APTA. She is also certified by the Schroth Barcelona Institute for the conservative management of scoliosis. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Sarah is a native New Yorker but is most at home while adventuring around the world. Most recently, she drove over 3,000 miles across sub-Saharan Africa with the Put Foot Foundation, providing shoes to children in underserved communities. Outside of the clinic, you can find Sarah working up a sweat at Orangetheory, running in Central Park, or serving up a boast on a squash court. She is on the Board of Advisors for SHALOM Centre of Africa. She is a proud puppy and plant parent both at home and in her office. You can also find her on Governor's Island volunteering with the Billion Oyster Project.
A lifelong learner, she enjoys taking improv classes, Spanish lessons, and regularly attends continuing education seminars. She is a melomaniac and loves Broadway musicals and can sing along to every word of Les Misérables, West Side Story, Rent, and Hamilton.
